Our policies.

  • BOOKING FEE

    Your credit card will be charged 20% of your booking as a non-refundable booking fee at time of booking. Balance will be charged approximately 48 hours prior to check-in. Booking Fee is not refundable for ANY cancellations made by guests.

  • PAYMENT/CANCELLATION

    Payment is by credit or debit card only. Your card may be charged for your full reservation approx. 24-48 hours prior to your arrival. Cancellations made 72 hours before scheduled arrival will not be charged (except for the non-refundable booking fee).

  • LODGING

    CHECK IN 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM. Base rates include 2 people per lodging unit. Each additional person is $10.00 plus tax, per night.

  • RV & TENT SITES

    CHECK IN 2PM - CHECK OUT 11AM. Base rates include 2 people and 1 vehicle per site. Each additional person is $3.00 plus tax. Maximum of 2 tents per site, Maximum of 6 people may occupy any site.

  • CHILDREN

    Under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Kids 2 and under stay free.

  • PETS

    Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash and not allowed to bark excessively. Please clean up after your pet, Pets should never be left unattended. We allow pets in some units. There is a pet fee for lodging guests of $25.00 per pet, per night, plus tax, per night. Pets in the campground are Free. Limit of 3 pets per booking.

  • QUIET HOURS

    Quiet are between 10pm and 8am. Please respect other guests.

  • POOL AND HOT TUB

    Pool and hot tub are for registered lodging guests only during the hours of 8am and 10pm. Campground guests may use the pool & hot tub during the hours of 10am and 4pm. Please follow posted rules.

  • SMOKING

    Smoking is prohibited in all buildings here at the park. Smoking (including vaping, candles, and incense use) inside a lodging room will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Marijuana Smoking is prohibited on property.

  • ROOM DAMAGE/MISSING ITEMS/EXCESSIVE CLEANING

    This will be charged to bring room back to original state and may include lost revenue.

  • CAMPFIRES

    Campfires are only allowed in designated fire rings. Do not put trash, metal or glass into the fire rings and never leave fires unattended. During high fire danger conditions, campfires may be prohibited.

  • FIREWORKS, FIREARMS, DIRT BIKES, ATV's & DRONES

    The use of any of these are prohibited on the grounds.

  • SAFETY

    Safety is our number one priority, please be cautious and mindful of hazards at all times. Use handrails and handholds when entering cabooses or climbing up to the cupolas. Climbing on the locomotive, snow plow and other railroad equipment is prohibited unless specifically allowed by signage. Railroad Park Resort is located in the wilderness with wild animals, potentially dangerous waterways, poisonous plants and other hazards so be mindful and take precautions at all times. Stairways, walkways and driveways can be icy or slippery, especially in the winter months. Please report any hazardous situation to a resort employee immediately.

  • LIABILITY WAIVER

    You agree that Railroad Park Resort, its officers or employees will not be responsible for accidents, personal property loss, property damage or personal injuries occurring on resort property. By booking, you accept liability for all other guests in your party.
